The Sa Peddi Sarda™ Project and the Manifesto of Sardinian Added Value, conceived by Edmondo Tuveri and managed by EDEM PEL Srl, are currently at the centre of a structured process of institutional presentation and accreditation.

Our vision represents an act of economic policy and territorial redemption for the whole of Sardinia.

For this reason, dialogue is underway with the main public and private institutions of the Region — in the sectors of agriculture and pastoralism, tourism, craftsmanship, commerce, university research and rural development — with the objective of building an institutional framework that transforms a unique excellence into a certified strategic asset for the entire Island.

The project is open to collaboration with all those who share its vision.

All stages of presentation and related documents are protected by intellectual property filings at the UIBM (Italian Patent and Trademark Office) and by SIAE copyright protection, guaranteeing the integrity and exclusivity of the project managed by EDEM/PEL SRL.
